The Way We Were

Jonelle Jones Fisher was born in Lyon County, Kentucky, in the summer of 1933. She moved with her family to Louisville when she was twelve years old and graduated from the University of Louisville in 1954. She and her husband married in 1956, just after his sophomore year in medical school. When his training was completed, they moved with their two children to a small town in Central Kentucky, where he began his practice of General Medicine.
